Wayne has 15 years' experience in the residential letting and management industry having worked for two of London's largest letting and management companies.
During his time in the industry, Wayne became ARLA qualified and has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of property management divisions. This included overseeing the pre-tenancy processes for new tenancies and establishing excellent relationships with leading suppliers of tenant referencing and credit checks.
Wayne has shown a huge amount of innovation throughout his career that has led him to be a pioneering founder of Tenants Plus. His vision and consumer focused ethos is to evolve the lettings industry to benefit all parties who have an interest in the residential lettings process.

John Wythe - Chief Operating Officer
John has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing with international property and leisure companies. In a varied career, he has held senior positions with responsibility for property acquisitions across Europe, including the acquisition and £10 million redevelopment of an English estate.
John has restructured property portfolios and implemented redevelopment and business strategies.
In recent years his interests have included a number of ventures as principal and/or shareholder.

Geoff Bruce - Financial Director
Geoff spent 10 years at KPMG having earned a Non-Executive Director Bachelor of Science honours degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University (1981) and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (1984 prize winner). He has 30 years' experience in finance and corporate administration, 23 years of which have been involved in some aspect of real estate, holiday and hotel ownership.
He currently serves as Finance Director/Business Development Director – for a major international leisure and property group He has been instrumental in the group's investment initiatives and has set up operations in new overseas markets.

Irene has over 20 years' experience in the residential estate agency industry. During this time she mainly worked for one family owned estate agency in south east London, where she consistently provided high levels of customer service.

Leon Harris - Chief Technology Officer
With a degree in graphic design and A-levels in fine art, Leon has over 15 years experience within the web, development and print design arenas building both B2C and B2B online services for a variety of clients stretching as far as Australia and Canada.
With a large portfolio of websites across sectors including finance, healthcare, fitness, sports, education and of course real estate, Leon was brought in to develop from scratch the new Tenants Plus website and to form an integral part of it's on-going success.
Previously working at Lonres.com, Leon has gained insightful first-hand knowledge into both residential sales and lettings online marketing and under his company Big Web, has most recently built a number of property websites and data feed applications for small and medium sized companies and portals throughout the UK and Europe.
